Appointment cancellation fees
Clinicians will always make an effort to change appointment times when asked. However, we will need to charge for late cancellations and missed sessions. We understand that there are times when a sudden illness or emergency occurs.
Please liaise and discuss with your clinician regarding possible exemptions.
