Anorexia Nervosa

Anorexia nervosa is a serious illness characterised by extreme weight loss caused by behaviours of dieting/food restriction and/or excessive exercise to the point of self-starvation.

Bulimia Nervosa

Bulimia Nervosa is a serious and dangerous eating disorder characterised by eating large amounts of food in a relatively short amount of time, followed by extreme compensatory efforts to avoid gaining weight.

Binge Eating Disorder

Sometimes known as compulsive overeating - defined as recurring episodes of eating significantly more food in a short period of time than most people would eat under similar circumstances.

Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)

Defined as a persistent feeding or eating disturbance leading to avoidance of food, which results in significant weight loss or nutritional deficiency and/or impairment in psychosocial functioning.

Muscle Dysmorphia - Orthorexia - Diabulimia - Problematic Emotional Eating - Female Athlete Triad Syndrome - Co-morbid Conditions i.e. anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, self harm.
