Amy is a compassionate and experienced New Zealand Registered Dietitian with over 15 years in the nutrition field. Her background spans health promotion, education and one-on-one client work. She is dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food and overcome disordered eating in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment.
Amy works with people of all ages, body types, and backgrounds. She collaborates closely with clients and their primary therapists to provide tailored, evidence-based nutrition care. Depending on the stage of recovery, Amy offers both nutrition education and practical strategies, drawing on mindful and intuitive eating approaches to support lasting change.
In addition to her role at NZEDC, Amy is a Senior Dietitian for a specialist eating disorder service and also sees clients in private practice where she brings experience in other areas of nutrition, including sports nutrition, digestive health, fussy eating, and women’s health. Outside of her professional roles, Amy enjoys spending time with her young family, exploring the outdoors, experimenting with new recipes, and catching up with friends.
